User Responsibilities

Access Grant: You grant ArgoAds limited, read-only access to your ad account data solely for the purpose of providing our analysis and auditing services.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your ad campaigns comply with Meta's advertising policies and applicable laws.
Payment and Subscriptions
ArgoAds offers subscription-based access to our analysis and auditing services. Fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you select.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
ArgoAds provides analysis and recommendations based on available data and AI algorithms. Our insights are for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from your advertising decisions, campaign performance, or reliance on our recommendations.
Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid for our services in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may terminate your account and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our service.
Upon termination, your access to our service will cease, but we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
