Description of Service
ArgoAds provides AI-powered analysis and auditing services for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Our service helps advertisers identify performance issues, optimization opportunities, and provides actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
We do not directly manage your ad campaigns - we analyze data you provide and make recommendations for your consideration and implementation.
ArgoAds also provides competitor advertising intelligence tools ("Voyage") that surface publicly available advertisements from third-party brands for research and analysis purposes, and an AI-assisted creative generation tool ("Remix") that generates original ad concepts inspired by patterns identified in publicly available advertising. Remix-generated content is produced by AI and is provided as a creative starting point; it is not a copy of any specific third-party advertisement, and you are solely responsible for ensuring any content you create, publish, or run using ArgoAds does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Third-Party Advertising Content
ArgoAds may display advertisements and associated metadata (such as brand names, ad copy, and creative assets) that are publicly accessible through advertising transparency tools such as Meta's Ad Library. This content is provided solely for competitive research, market analysis, and creative inspiration. ArgoAds does not claim ownership of any third-party brand names, trademarks, or creative assets displayed through the Service.
If you are a brand or rights holder and believe content displayed through ArgoAds infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@argoads.app with details of the content in question, and we will promptly review and remove it as appropriate.
User Responsibilities
Account Ownership: You retain full ownership and control of your Meta ad accounts. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your ad accounts.
Access Grant: You grant ArgoAds limited, read-only access to your ad account data solely for the purpose of providing our analysis and auditing services.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your ad campaigns comply with Meta's advertising policies and applicable laws.
Content You Create: Any ad concepts, scripts, or creative content generated through Remix or similar AI features are provided for your independent evaluation. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring your final published advertising complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
Payment and Subscriptions
ArgoAds offers subscription-based access to our analysis and auditing services. Fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you select.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
ArgoAds provides analysis and recommendations based on available data and AI algorithms. Our insights are for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from your advertising decisions, campaign performance, or reliance on our recommendations.
Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid for our services in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may terminate your account and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our service.
Upon termination, your access to our service will cease, but we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
